To maintain operational excellence, Flight Operations (Pilots) must use a PC or Desktop. Mobile or Tablet devices are strictly prohibited for flight deck controls. However, Cabin Crew and Ground Operations may apply using mobile devices, provided they can uphold our strict roleplay and communication standards.
No. Candidates are permitted to have only one active application in our HR database at any given time. If your application is denied, you must wait a mandatory 14-day cooldown period before submitting a new application for any role across the network.
Once approved, you will receive a formal Letter of Intent via Discord from an HR Officer. You will then be officially inducted into the EGR Aviation University (EGRAU) where you will undergo specialized training and a final examination before being granted active duty clearance.
